Breakfast: Your Moment of Zen

If this time in isolation has taught me anything, it’s definitely been a reminder to slow down and enjoy your moments indoors. Waking up doesn’t have to mean hitting the ground running, because after all, where are you going? For the foreseeable future, the answer is nowhere. So take time. Pour yourself a cup of coffee and make breakfast.

This simple bowl of granola and fresh berries with a splash of cashew milk put my mind and belly at ease before the start of a hectic work week.

Have these ingredients in your pantry, always, whether you’re in quarantine or you’re not. If you have them, they’ll get used.
